- A record here contradicts what you found on the same kind of piece — send the substrate, the stripper family and the temperature you worked at.
- A finish system that failed — describe the timber, the product family, the number of coats and the hours between them.
- A correction to a cost or a grit sequence — say which record and what the right figure is.
What will not get a reply
- Valuations and appraisals. We do not give them.
- Attribution questions. Take those to a conservator who can handle the piece.
- Anything asking us to link to a product page or place a sponsored post.
